ADULT SIGNAUTURE REQUIRED
All orders are shipped with Signature required as per the new Pact Act Vape Laws. Please make sure you are 21 Years and older and you have an adult of 21 yrs of age or older available to receive and sign for your package. No exceptions apply. If you will be available or you do not have somebody at home to sign for the package that is 21 years old, then you can contact the carrier and ask them to hold the package, and you can pick it up at your convenience within a few days. We will not refund any expedited shipping if we ship a package on time and the Carrier doesn't deliver the package in the estimated time. DELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package shows online on the Carrier website as DELIVERED we are NOT responsible. If a package is miss placed by the carrier or the package is removed from your shipping address or mail box we will not refund you. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and make sure somebody is at home to receive your package that is 21 years and older. Signature is required on all packages. With the New Pact Act Vape Laws all packages have to be signed by somebody 21 years of age or older. If you don't receive a package that shows as delivered check with you local carrier by the latest the next day or check with your local carrier driver when in your neighborhood the next day. Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address in your neighborhood, so always check with your neighbors.

LOST PACKAGES NOT DELIVERD
If a package is lost in transit and is not shown as delivered. We will place an investigation with the Carrier and if deemed lost, we will re-ship you out a replacement or process a refund. Please only contact The Smoke Plug after the estimated delivery time before we can place an investigation.
