SHIPPING OPTIONS
You can choose from three Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping 5 to 10 Business Days
- Priority Mail 3 to 7 Business Days
- Express Mail 2 to 3 Business Days
Shipping times above vary and only include the 48 contiguous USA states. USPS doesn't guarantee shipping delivery times, this is just an estimate number of Business days your package might take to be deliver and doesn't included any inclement weather or disasters. Business Days only include Monday to Friday, and this doesn't include weekends and any Public Holiday.
ADULT SIGNAUTURE REQUIRED
All orders are shipped with Signature required as per the new Pact Act Vape Laws. Please make sure you have an adult of 21 yrs of age or older available to receive your package. No exceptions apply. If you will be available or not have somebody at home to sign for the package, you can contact the carrier and ask them to hold the package, and pick it up at your convenience within a few days. Check with your carrier what the maximum number of days your package will be held otherwise the package will get returned back to us.
DELIVERY DATE ON USPS
USPS Package Services is not a guaranteed service; delivery by a certain date or time is not guaranteed, and is only an estimate. We are not responsible if USPS is delayed and changes their delivery date and we will not refund any expedited shipping if we ship a package on time and USPS doesn't deliver in the estimated time. If for some reason we are delayed and do not ship your package expedited on time, only then will we refund under our own discretion the shipping charges.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package shows online on the Carrier or USPS's website as DELIVERED we are NOT responsible. If a package is miss placed by the carrier or the package is taken from your shipping address or mail box we will not refund you. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and make sure somebody is at home to receive your package that is 21 years and older. Signature is required on all packages. With the New Pact Act Vape Laws all packages have to be signed for by somebody 21 years of age or older. If you don't receive a package that shows as delivered check with you local carrier the latest the next day or check with your local driver when in your neighborhood the next day. Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address in your neighborhood, so check with your neighbors.
FREE SHIPPING COUPONS
Any Coupon used for FREE Shipping will only be shipped via the Cheapest Standard Shipping time frame ( 5 to 10 business days) . No order will be expedited with a Free Shipping Coupon.
LOST PACKAGES NOT DELIVERD
If a package is lost in transit and is not shown as delivered. We will place an investigation with the Carrier and if deemed lost, we will re-ship you out a replacement or process a refund. Please only contact The Smoke Plug after the estimated delivery time before we can place an investigation.
CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsibility to make sure the address information provided is accurate, including city, state and zip code to prevent any delays or errors in shipping. Your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed and shipped. It is the customers responsibility to review their shipping information before order submission. Failure to provide accurate shipping information may result in a delay and additional shipping charges if a packaged is returned back to us.
Exceptions apply to Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses which may take up to 45 business days for delivery via USPS policy. Please note, you may be subject to taxes and import duties, namely GST (Goods and Services Tax) and HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) when shipping to some APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We are not responsible for any Taxes and Duties, these costs are not included in your overall purchase price and The Smoke Plug is NOT held liable for any custom issues.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS
Canadian customers’ orders can take up to approximately 30 business days. We do not guarantee expedited shipping times to Canada.
