REFILL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BULLET
- To fill your heating chamber, follow these simple steps:
- -Remove mouthpiece from the cartridge. (See Figure A)
- -Fill the heating chamber with your herbs.
- -Reinsert the mouthpiece. Allow spring to push herbs down. (See Figure B)
- Spring can be adjusted by slightly pulling outward to apply more pressure to herbs.
- -Reconnect all the components in the correct order.
- -Press the power button... wait 2-3 seconds then start to inhale slowly.
- -For reuse clean the inside of the cartridge with fiber brush tool
- -Remove mouthpiece from the cartridge.
- -To pack waxy oils, use vaporizer tool
- - apply reasonable amount of waxy oil inside cartridge
- -Remove spring from mouthpiece
- -Reattach mouthpiece to cartridge, attach to Atmos battery
Do not pack the heating chamber too tightly with your herbs. Do not fill the heating chamber with any stems, seeds or liquid.
NOTE: Remove Spring completely if product is being used for waxy oils only. Once spring is detached it will no longer attach to mouthpiece

Shipping times above vary and only include the 48 contiguous USA States. Carriers don't guarantee shipping delivery times, this is just an estimate number of Business days your package might take to be deliver and doesn't included any inclement weather or disasters. ADULT SIGNAUTURE REQUIRED
All orders are shipped with Signature required as per the new Pact Act Vape Laws. Please make sure you are 21 Years and older and you have an adult of 21 yrs of age or older available to receive and sign for your package. No exceptions apply. If you will be available or you do not have somebody at home to sign for the package that is 21 years old, then you can contact the carrier and ask them to hold the package, and you can pick it up at your convenience within a few days. Check with the shipping carrier what the maximum number of days your package will be held otherwise the package will get returned back to us.

We are working diligently with various shipping carriers to expedite our shipping process as fast as possible. While in this process there might be some shipping delays.
DELIVERY DATES ON CARRIERS WEBSITE
Any Package Service is not a guaranteed service; delivery by a certain date or time is not guaranteed, and is only an estimate. We are not responsible if the Carrier is delayed and changes their delivery date. We will not refund any expedited shipping if we ship a package on time and the Carrier doesn't deliver the package in the estimated time. If for some reason we are delayed and do not ship your package expedited on time, only then will we refund at own discretion the shipping charges.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package shows online on the Carrier website as DELIVERED we are NOT responsible. If a package is miss placed by the carrier or the package is removed from your shipping address or mail box we will not refund you. Please keep an eye on your tracking number and make sure somebody is at home to receive your package that is 21 years and older. Signature is required on all packages. With the New Pact Act Vape Laws all packages have to be signed by somebody 21 years of age or older. If you don't receive a package that shows as delivered check with you local carrier by the latest the next day or check with your local carrier driver when in your neighborhood the next day. Sometimes packages are delivered to the wrong address in your neighborhood, so always check with your neighbors.

Any Coupon used for FREE Shipping will only be shipped via the Cheapest Standard Shipping time frame ( 5 to 10 business days) . No order will be expedited with a Free Shipping Coupon.
LOST PACKAGES NOT DELIVERD
If a package is lost in transit and is not shown as delivered. We will place an investigation with the Carrier and if deemed lost, we will re-ship you out a replacement or process a refund. Please only contact The Smoke Plug after the estimated delivery time before we can place an investigation.
